February 2007 and Power Control Services launches the largest online searchable database for repair part numbers! This database contains over 250,000 different part numbers and over 10,000 different manufacturers to make it the most extensive database for industrial electronic repair in the entire industry. Over the past 10 years of operation Power Control Services has continued to build its’ database to become as extensive as possible to become a place for all companies that need industrial electronic repair to come and search for an accurate flat rate repair price. No more sending it in for evaluation before you get a price, this extensive database contains the largest amount of repair data available anywhere on the internet.

Just last week a major plastics extrusion plant had an entire line go down due to a failed servo amplifier. They were in a terrible situation, losing thousands of dollars and hour. The servo amplifier was sent to Power Control Services via express air and we got right to work to get this equipment repaired. Within 2 hours we had completed the repair with our extensive in-house parts inventory and sent the unit back to the plant. From start to finish the line was only down for 8 hours which resulted in a huge savings to the company if they had to get a new unit which had a 2 week lead time from the manufacturer. Power Control Services has its’ customers’ needs at the forefront of our services and will do whatever it takes to keep you up and running.

AC and DC Drive load testing capability expanded to a whopping 2000HP!

Yes, that’s right 2000 horsepower drives can be tested to full load at Power Control Services. We still have the capability to test 50HP, 100HP and 250HP AC and DC drives, but we have just upgraded to the huge testing capability of 2000 HP with two motors to test the really big stuff. These motors are so large that we have to keep them at an auxiliary facility that allows access to large semi trucks to pull in and unload the drive with a 15 ton forklift. When you need the really large drives load tested to full power we can do it for you.
