As Needed Repair Service

With a tough economy and tight budgets, we don't think about having our spare equipment repaired until we absolutely need it.

Eventually though, that spare equipment will need to get repaired but if there is no funding set aside for those repairs they are going to sit around until production is suffering. In an effort to reduce production down time we offer an As Needed Repair Service which is simply this:

Send the broken spare equipment to us now, we’ll evaluate it and quote you a price and then we’ll just hold it until you need it. There is no cost to you to do this, but there is a significant advantage to you. You will already know whether or not it can be repaired in a timely manner. There will not be additional charges for expedited shipping to us if you need the equipment quickly because we will already have the equipment. You will know the costs up front and best of all it’s just a matter of picking up the phone and telling us to repair it right away and get it back to you ASAP.
