Limited Lifetime Warranty

Because our 12-month limited lifetime warranty begins the day you install serviced equipment, not the day you receive it – you don’t have to worry about “shelf time” wasting your warranty period.  So even if it’s a few years before you put equipment back on the line, you know we’ve got you covered.  At Power Control Services, the warranty begins when you do. 

Power Control Services Limited Lifetime Warranty:

• Covers repaired equipment against material and workmanship defects
• Extends 12 months from the date of installation
• No “shelf life” limitation
• Our obligation is limited to the repair of any defective component
• At our discretion, we will replace or credit your account with us in an amount equal to the cost paid for the repair
• Freight and rush fees remain the responsibility of the customer
• Warranty claims must be received in writing by us before the end of the warranty period
• Any equipment to be considered for warranty must be returned to us for a technical evaluation and detailed equipment history
• The warranty is void if any unauthorized work or modifications have been made to the equipment, or if the equipment failed to function due to improper setup or use, neglect, contaminate damage, tampering, modification, acts of God, or if the Power Control Services identification decal has been removed or altered in any way
• All consequential damage to property, loss of profit, savings, injury, or any other damages arising out of any repair services are specifically excluded
