I wanted to thank you and the crew @ PCS for the job well done last month. I had a drive in for repair that came from a huge target acct. for our branch. The customer had been sending to Japan for repair @ approx. $1800 freight cost and a 6 month turnaround on unit. Their line went down and luckily you guys had shipped repaired unit out the day before. Once we found it, we had a courier pick it up and drive it from Louisiana to plant which was a big feather in our hat. Thanks again and look forward to seeing you soon.

We received an opportunity to repair a Brookfield electrical unit for Perdue Farms Cook Plant . At the time the unit was not of urgent need for repair. A few days later Account Manager Justin Williamson received a phone call from Perdue needing the Brookfield back asap do to it running a critical piece of machinery in the plant. PCS was waiting on parts for repair and could not have the unit repaired in time, but PCS offered to look for a spare unit for Perdue. PCS was able to find a replacement unit, check it, and have it delivered to the customer three days before the repair was complete. This was a huge save for the customer and a win for us.

To any Applied branches looking to develop or expand their electronic repair business I would highly recommend Power Control Services. Power Control Services helped us identify hard cost savings for our customer by reducing the customers cost on a Allen Bradley drive by $700-$800 per drive over the Allen Bradley distributor. In addition we reduced turn- around times by as much as 2/3rds by using PCS on some other items. Overall PCS’s service and technical support has been outstanding and I would recommend them to any of our service centers wanting to reduce their customers cost while increase Applied’s margins and volume on this business.
